All properties should be photo-ready when we arrive. Please see our prep lists.

ADDED MILEAGE

Shoots include properties up to 45 miles from our

Post Office address, at:

2109 Hwy 66

Caddo Mills, TX 75135.

$.75 per a mile will be added for properties beyond 45 miles from the above address.

Properties outside of 60 miles are shot at discretion of photographer and subject to higher rates.
